The rep didn't understand my concern and instead gave me a June 6 appointment. Sending a text to ask what was going on resulted in a wait while a "representative" came on to help me. One week before the appointment, I was called and told that because of staff shortages the appointment had to be moved to May 2. So I scheduled a repairperson to arrive on April 4.
I had a system malfunction that could not be fixed over the phone. The reason I tried to contact Brinks is to report my dissatisfaction with obtaining a simple repair. I finally hung up after being on hold multiple times for a total of > minutes. Recently I tried contacting the “Loyalty Team” at the suggestion of a phone representative, and I was re-routed 4 times. Number of employees reporting to the Procurement Officer (Directly or Indirectly) will be close to 10. This will include (but not limited to) vendor management, search for alternative vendors or products, price and credit term negotiations, engagements with regional strategic sourcing team, optimal stock holding level management, management of external and internal audit queries, timely execution of orders, procurement process optimisation, adherence to Kuwait laws as applicable, refining of Procurement policy and monitoring adherence to the Procurement policy.
